Return Policy
If you are ever dissatisfied with any Partida Tequila product due to defects in
workmanship or materials you may return it within 30 days for a complete credit
or exchange. Please save all packaging materials so that, should there be a need
to return the product, it can be sent in its original packaging to prevent damage.
To return an item, first email the Partida Tequila store staff at partida@nadel.com for a return authorization number. Jack Nadel,
International is not responsible for lost or misguided items. We reserve the right to inspect
and/or reject any returned goods. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking charge.
Shipping
Orders received by 12:00PM PST will ship within 48 hours via UPS ground. Sorry,
but we are unable to ship internationally or to P.O. boxes. If you need a rush order, we can provide
expedited service. Just email us at
partida@nadel.com before you place your order.
